This is the "Fireside" chair by Alf Svensson for Ljung Industrier in Sweden, circa 1950s.
 
This model is very similar in design to his famous "TeVe" chair. Very lightweight yet very comfortable. The stained wood frame has been refinished. New upholstery in wool Maharam Steelcut Trio #825 by Kvadrat with blue, pink, and yellow woven threads. The chair almost shines and changes color at different angles. It is really a beautiful and rare easy chair.
 
It measures 22.25" Wide x 23.5" Deep x 27.25" Tall. The seat height is 15".
