Børge Mogensen for Karl Andersson & Söner ”Øresund” 8-drawer teak dresser. Circa 1950s-60s. This dresser features the round, cone-shaped pulls in darker teak or afromosia wood, which are my favorite Mogensen pulls. The cabinet sits on solid teak tapered legs which have been added later. The Øresund line of furniture featured high-quality, plywood construction, and came in a variety of cabinets, shelving units, and display cases, with numerous veneer, pull, base, and leg options.
 
This dresser is in very good vintage condition. The case has been previously refinished and there are some small repairs and a few minor flaws noticeable. The drawer fronts have original finish which shows very well. There are a few very minor flaws present, including small scratches or marks, dings, nicks, etc. The bottom left drawer has a tiny repair in the bottom corner. Please see pictures for condition. The inside of the well-constructed drawers are very clean with no staining. The drawers slide in and out smoothly.
 
It measures 53” Wide x 18” deep x 32.25” tall.
