This is an Arne Norell for Vatne Möbler hand-stitched buffalo leather and chrome adjustable high-back lounge chair. I recently imported this very unique chair from Denmark, along with a matching sofa and low-back lounge chair. Rare model and in good original condition.
 
The thick brown buffalo (yes, buffalo) leather is just slightly patina'd and very nice. Notice the hand-stitched leather strap edges. As should be expected there are a few minor nicks, scratches and other little signs of age and use in the leather, but overall it is in excellent original condition.
 
The heavy chrome legs and arm supports are very nice and shiny. The only significant flaw in the chrome is one wear mark under the left arm rest (please see pic). Otherwise the chrome is excellent.
 
This lounge chair is very comfortable and ready to show off in your collection exactly as it is.
 
It measures 29.5" wide x 35" deep x 37" high. The seat height is 15".
