I recently acquired this from the original owner who purchased it when she lived in Copenhagen in the 1950s.
Massive in length at 98.25" long.
This model features six tapered legs, reversible sliding doors (teak on one side / black lacquer on the other), seven signature "bow-tie" drawers, and a cabinet behind a drop-down door.
It is finished on every side so it could be used as a room divider.
Measures 98.25" L x 18.5" D x 31.75" T.
This is an amazing statement piece in overall good condition. It has had some recent refinish work but does still retain some signs of age and use. The most significant of which is some previous water damage at the bottom of the two sliding doors which caused a bit of swelling and the teak to darken along the bottom edge which is visible on the teak side. This is not easily noticeable with the black lacquer sides out and the doors still glide smoothly. I also noticed a small veneer repair at the bottom center of the drop-down cabinet door which is not substantial, but I would still like to make note of it. I have adjusted the asking price to reflect the flaws, but I would not hesitate to include this in a top-tier collection exactly as it is.
