Arne Vodder Model 419 desk chair in leather and rosewood by Sibast, circa 1960s-70s. It has adjustable height and a rocking mechanism with adjustable tension. It rolls on the original casters on the five-legged rosewood and metal base.
 
This chair is in good vintage condition. The removable seat cushion has just been reupholstered in new, high-quality, aniline, black leather. The chair itself has the original black leather, which has a few small flaws and dents, etc, but overall is in good vintage condition. There is a small nick on the right edge above the arm, and the original canvas under the seat cushion has some staining (please see pictures). The rosewood has very nice grain and an excellent finish throughout. The height and rocking mechanisms operate smoothly. There is some normal wear from age and use, but overall this is a very attractive executive chair that is ready to use.
 
The chair measures roughly: 42” Tall x 28” Wide x 24” Deep, but is adjustable in height and angle. The seat height is approximately 18” (but is adjustable up and down from there).
