Here is a unique, custom-made leather daybed with original Saguaro-themed artwork by the artist Andy Brown. This one-of-one piece was created using a pyrography method to burn the intricate design into the leather patchwork surface. This daybed is the first, and currently only, piece of furniture ever created by the artist.
 
Phoenix-based artist Andy Brown is well known for his small- and large-scale art and murals throughout the greater Phoenix area, and for his works in Japan and Amsterdam. Andy is the founder and creator of the Sleisure (Soldier Leisure) brand and clothing line, and the founder of the artist collective - Megaphone PHX. His artwork includes abstracts, characters, and desert themes, but Andy may be most well known for his imaginative renderings of the Saguaro cactus. His iconic Saguaro is perfectly displayed on this unique piece.
 
The daybed was customed made with beautiful, cognac colored, aniline patchwork leather. The leather has rich color, and will naturally patina with age and use. The artwork is signed with the artist’s initials and the year created (’21), and with the iconic Sleisure mark.
 
It measures approximately 61” Long x 30.5” Deep x 17.25” Tall (without the pillow).
