This credenza is - SOLD
Here is a long and low Danish credenza in rosewood, circa 1960s. Very nice design and wild wood grain.
Slightly angled edges. Two long sliding doors across the front. The interior has four pull-out drawers on the right side, the top two have original green felt liners. The center compartment has one adjustable shelf, and the right compartment has two adjustable shelves. The interior shelves are finished in teak on one side and oak on the other and can be displayed to your preference. Plenty of room for album storage, with a "usable" interior depth of 17".
The rosewood grain on this credenza is bold and interesting. Matching patterns across the front and very active graining on the top.
This sideboard is in excellent condition. No significant flaws anywhere. To be a thorough description I will mention that the left rear leg has an old repair at the top where it mounts to the case, but this is nothing that can be noticed in regular use and can only be seen if looking at the credenza from underneath. Overall it is very very nice. Unknown maker but the top drawer is stamped "Danish Design".
It measures 85.75" Wide x 19" Deep x 31" Tall.
