Here is a set of "Ingrid" easy chairs and ottoman designed by Bruno Mathsson for Dux, circa 1969. The caramel leather is incredibly soft and has beautiful patina. Both chairs have brand new canvas ordered directly from Dux. In my opinion, the Ingrid model chairs are one of the most comfortable designs ever made, and this set in leather is no exception.
 
We imported this matching set from Sweden. The Ingrid model was designed by Bruno Mathsson for Dux in 1969, and this set is vintage from the 1960s or 70s. Created with bent wood frames using tight curves, joined with brass hardware. A unique canvas sling supports the removable leather cushions. The original leather is amazingly smooth and soft. Original Dux branded fabric on the backs and bottoms of the cushions. Each chair has the Bruno Mathsson signature and Dux maker's marks.
 
The chairs measures about 29.5" Wide x 34" Deep x 31.5" Tall. The seat height is about 15". The ottoman measures about 28" Wide x 27.5" Deep x 15.5" Tall.
 
The chairs are in very good vintage condition. Both chairs have brand new canvas kits ordered directly from Dux in Sweden and are 100% correct. The soft leather cushions are clean and conditioned. One button on the ottoman has a nick in the leather (see pic), but otherwise no rips, tears, cracks in the leather. The bentwood frames are tight and sturdy. There is some wear to the finish at the ends of the arms, but overall are in excellent condition. These are very comfortable chairs.
